Service Description
This class will provide the requirements for the ServSafe Manager Certification and remain valid for three years. All mobile food vendors, including food trucks, must have a certified manager on site at all times to remain in compliance. This price includes the book for studying that is encouraged to be purchased prior to the class. Please note that studying the book beforehand is highly recommended.
